Message I'm not sure of the History of the Car or Fuel.. but my 1924 Model T Truck, has 90 PSI Cranking Pressure ( Starter Motor and High Compression Head ) and will come to life 2nd over top.. so

1)Either your Fuel is Not in the Injectors ( Air Pockets )
2)The Fuel is bad..
3) The plugs are Varnished/Oiled Over
4) Your Battery is low preventing good spark..
